Blue Fractal

Ok, first off, I don't know if this is in the right catagory. XD Second, this is in fact my first ever fractal. I did it in photoshop, although it was a sample one it already had programed in that I changed a bit. I still have no clue on how to make my own. I haven't found that feature. Although, I do plain to try and get to know photoshop a bit better. I do hope you all enjoy this. ^^
